General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us, mamino Kindermode GmbH.

Delivery/prices/shipping costs

Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise described on the article, we deliver within 2-4 days from receipt of your order. All prices are final prices in Euro, i.e. they include all price components as well as the legal value added tax. In addition, we charge shipping costs of € 3.90 per order. In case of cash on delivery there is an additional surcharge of 4,50 €. These possibly resulting additional costs are indicated to you directly at the article as well as in the shopping cart.

Conclusion of contract / Contract language / Correction of input errors

The presentation of the articles does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to you to submit a binding offer to us. You can submit this offer by telephone, letter, fax, e-mail or in the online shop by placing the desired items in the virtual shopping basket (click on the button "Add to shopping basket" and "Go to shopping basket") and sending the items placed in the shopping basket (click on the button "Buy") to us. After receipt of your order in the online shop, you will automatically receive an e-mail documenting your offer (order). This e-mail merely confirms that the order has been received by us; it does not constitute a contract. An effective contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by request for payment after placing the order, by order confirmation by e-mail or telephone or by delivery of the goods within five days. The contract is concluded exclusively in the German language. You can correct input errors before sending your order using the technical means provided in the online shop and the usual functions of your keyboard/mouse. You can also cancel the process at any time by closing the browser window.

By clicking on the "Buy" button, you have placed a binding order (offer); input errors can no longer be corrected afterwards.

Terms of payment

You determine how you want to pay each time you place an order.

- Immediate bank transfer: You pay directly via your online banking account (PIN/TAN) with the TÜV-certified (TÜV-Saarland) payment system of SOFORT AG. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the bank transfer page where you can make the payment.

- Prepayment: We ask you to transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days of the request for payment. The delivery period begins, deviating from number 2, on the day after your payment order has been issued to the bank.

- C.O.D.: You pay cash directly to the deliverer upon receipt of the goods. In addition to the invoice amount, the carrier charges a cash on delivery fee of currently € 2.00, which must also be paid directly to the carrier on site.

- Paypal: You pay directly via your Paypal account. After sending your order, you will be forwarded to Paypal and make the payment there.

Retention of title

Until the complete payment the delivered goods remain property of mamino Kindermode GmbH.

Cancellation policy

right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken or have taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, mamino Kindermode GmbH, Max-Eyth-Str. 33, 72649 Wolfschlugen, phone: +49 7022 2797300, fax: +49 7022 2797319, e-mail: info@mamino.eu, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 3 days of receipt of the goods. For this refund we use a bank transfer. You will then be asked by us to send us your account details in order to make the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund
